Normally I have no interests in WWE PPV's but this one actually looks pretty good. So I figured I'd weigh in with some predictions.
World Heavyweight Championship
TLC Match
Kane (C) vs. Edge
Kane's reign has gotten very tired. I am glad they gave him a long run with the title, and took his reign seriously. It's just time to change it over. Not sure the match is going to be much of a barn burner. Edge is not what he used to be, and Kane never was much to watch in the ring. Sad they wasted the TLC stipulation on this one.
WWE Championship
Tables Match
The Miz (C) vs. Randy Orton
I think WWE is making Miz look a little too weak right now. A Champion who is beatable and cowardly is always good, but a weak champion not so much. However, I do think they will give him a decent run as Champ.
Chair Match
John Cena vs. Wade Barrett
This one is a no brainer. Shame on WWE for ruining one of the greatest angles they have had in a while. Having Barrett fire Cena from the WWE last for one month only, and having Cena appear on every show since then was annoying. I think they should have had scattered Cena appearances and held this match off for Wrestlemania, it's a good rivalry.
#1 Contenders Ladder Match
Sheamus vs. John Morrison
Since The Miz is likely to win his match, they would be stupid to run a heel vs. heel main event at Royal Rumble. Plus everytime they have someone win the title who has never held it before they always throw them up against a upper mid card guy. That way the champ can win clean without making the babyface look weak. The match should be solid as well. The ladder stipulation will give Morrison a chance to shine, and mask Sheamus below average in ring ability.
Chair Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio
WWE needs to give Del Rio the win. He has major main event potential. Smackdown has such a shortage of main eventers right now, especially main event heels. If they give Rey the win they will cripple Del Rio's future. Plus, let's be honest Rey doesn't need the win here. He has been crammed down our throats all year.
I.C. Title Ladder Match
Dolph Ziggler (C) vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger
This one has match of the year potential written all over it. It has Smackdowns three best active competitors. Kofi will get to do some great high spots from the ladder. This was probably the hardest outcome to pick. I could see it going to any of the three. I think they seem to be building Swagger up more right now. I think Swagger takes the win, and him and Kofi feud over the belt. That being said, I think all three of these guys should be in the main event picture soon, or in Swagger's case back in the picture.
Divas Tag Team Table Match
Beth Phoenix & Natalya Neidhart vs. LayCool
I don't think there is any way I could care less about this match.

I totally agree that this angle should have been drawn out a little longer. What's the point of having someone fired or retire only to come back 24 hours later? Remember the days when Macho Man or Ric Flair would lose retirement matches and be gone for months? By the time they came back it was a huge deal. Now after a big build up this will be the most anti climactic feud of the year. Way to blow it.
