I just want to be sure... Is there are rules in posting 2 RP (just like in EWC)?
are we allowed to post 2 rp's inside a 5 hour period?

Not for 5 hours, but there should be a limit of at least 3 hours between your RPs. The only reason is to give your opponent time to respond. We won't be too picky if it's like 2:55. Just try and stick as close to 3 hours as possible.
