------THE REV ---- GLADIATOR -- MICHAEL SAINT
ON SCREEN CHARACTERS
JOE AIELLO: Commentator
Joe is the head commentator on the SWA show Saturday Night Fever. Joe Aiello has had an illustrious career as a broadcaster. In the year 2000 he was under contract to a small Independent Wrestling company that Rev and Gladiator purchased to form the SWA. Since Joe's contract was still active, The Sedition claim to legally own his soul. Joe is an unwilling commentator on SWA TV and frequently has to be held at tapings against his will. Joe's dream is to break free from the slavery of the SWA and one day get home to his family.
SKIPPY MOHOPHOSITE: Commentator
Skippy is the colorful Co-Commentator on Saturday Night Fever. He is also the loyal publicist for Rev and Gladiator. Skippy was hired as a Publicist for The Sedition back in the old days. Skippy knows next to nothing about wrestling, but Rev and Gladiator gave him an SWA job as a commentator anyway. In his time with The Sedition, he has been frequently abused by Rev and Gladiator. The Sedition treat him like dirt yet he continues to serve their every command. For some strange reason, Skippy is loved by the ladies. Women everywhere are oddly attracted to this man, despite his pasty white skin and boney physique.
TRAVIS MALLOY: Interviewer
Travis Malloy conducts backstage and in ring interviews. He's a preppy College graduate that couldn't get a job anywhere, so The Sedition hired him as their backstage interviewer. He works in SWA for minimum wage. The SWA roster have been known to abuse him both emotionally and physically. He has little ambition and still lives with his mother.
VIRGIL:Ring Announcer
Virgil is the charismatic ring announcer for SWA events. He's an unsung hero in the wrestling industry, going from being the bodyguard to the Million Dollar Man to becoming the greatest jobber in pro wrestling history! Virgil is now retired from the sport. He was hired last minute as ring announcer under the agreement that he works for minimum wage, but is allowed to sell his own merchandise on the job. Virgil sometimes has more interest in hawking his t-shirts than actually doing his job.
