I fully expected Conan O'Brien to return to late night TV in the Fall, but I'm a little surprised that his new show will be on TBS and not a major network. www.movieline.com/2010/04/details-of-conans-shocking-tbs-deal-revealed.phpI'm actually kind of excited. Everyone including myself was thinking he'd move to Fox. Being on cable seems like a step down, but for anyone who's been watching Conan for a long time, you probably noticed how toned down his show became in the Tonight Show timeslot. Being on cable will allow Conan to be as outrageous as possible. The new show will debut in November.

Here is his 60 minutes interview in case anyone missed it. You can clearly see that he's bitter, but he still has a humble sense of humor about everything.

I've grown a hatred for TBS mainly because the only way for me to get this channel is to pay like 20 bucks and I get like 4 other movie channels, and I'm not even a big movie watcher, so I'd be paying 20$ for 1 channel. That's Satalite companies for ya
