What we want to do here in SWA is give everyone a reliable fed with a hard working staff. In the old days Gladiator and I always did it by ourselves. We'll gladly do it that way again, but it's honestly a lot easier when you have some help.
SWA will officially have 4 main staff members. What all of us will be doing individually still hasn't been decided, but all of us will be around pretty much full time. There will be myself, Gladiator, and by the time the fed officially launches at the end of the month, we'll be joined by Michael Saint and Lena from KCW. We've worked with both of them before in other feds. In fact, Saint was got his start in e-fedding here in SWA in 04. Saint and Lena are 2 of the most dedicated staff I've ever seen in any fed. I'm thrilled they're coming on to help.
Having 4 staff members means if something comes up and I have to leave town, there are still 3 to cover. Or if Gladiator's computer crashes because he got suckered into buying a laptop with Vista and no free upgrade, there are still 3 to cover. We'll all be working to create a solid structure here in SWA. I can vouch for the fact that all 4 of us love running feds and love writing matches and results. We similar visions and styles, so you can expect results to be entertaining.
After all the staff duties have been divided up, there will probably still be some help needed here and there. Even just for little tasks like graphics, occasional match writing, etc. If any of you think you have something extra to contribute, by all means, PM me and let me know.
